Twitter Tweaks Nose At Facebook

For us twitterites the news about them turning down Facebook's offer may be a sigh of relief. Yet, we are still waiting to see how our beloved micro-blogging tool is going to actually turn the corner and bring in revenue. This is especially troublesome with the economy being in the tank. Not to mention the number of companies and individuals using the service to leverage their marketing. The recent closure of Twitter competitor Pounce is a stark reminder that a web tool or service can quickly fade into the twilight
